Responsabilidades e atribuições

Você irá:


  • Make in-person visits to potential and existing customers.
  • Prospect and identify potential customers, understanding their needs and presenting iCrop solutions.
  • Conduct market analyses to identify trends, opportunities and competition in order to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare customized commercial proposals, highlighting the benefits of iCrop products and services, and conduct commercial negotiations with customers.
  • Provide support and guidance to the field team, offering training, performance monitoring and support in the most complex negotiations.
  • Develop and deliver training for the sales team, covering consultative sales techniques, effective proposal presentation and negotiation.
  • Participate in meetings with strategic customers, providing technical and commercial support to ensure contract closing.
  • Conduct regional market analyses, identify specific characteristics and demands of each region, and adapt sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor sales performance indicators, analyze results, prepare reports and propose improvements to drive business growth.

Requisitos e qualificações

Você precisa:


  • Preferably an Agronomist with a strong sales background.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience (not necessarily in irrigation).
  • Established customer portfolio within Nebraska’s agricultural sector.
  • Proven experience in direct sales and field visits (actively meeting farmers to sell products).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the state.

  • Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities

Collaboration with Other Areas

  • Will work closely with the technical and support teams at iCrop.
  • Direct interaction with clients and potential partners.
